Now your accounting staff can supervise the billing cycle for each client to ensure payments are received at the proper intervals. This useful tool gives you just what you need without being improperly redundant in regards to your current accounting systems. As the job progresses it’s important to have the ability to see new invoices, submit for payment, bill for installments and receive final settlement. Every time you request or receive payments, you can do so using either a percentage or dollar amount along with the option to alter specific terms for each billing request with the click of a button. As always you will have an archive of your billing and production activities which will prove to be very useful when information is needed.
